National Courier mode is used for majority of deliveries in cities other than Hyderabad and Secundrabad. The deliveries are done on our behalf through our logistic partners. Surface Cargo mode is used for All India deliveries of heavy weight or high volume goods. This includes bicycles, capital goods and large sized toys.

Air Cargo mode is used for delivery in rare occasions. This mode of delivery is preferred only if alternate delivery mode like surface cargo facility is not available for a specific destination(s).

Speed Post, Registered Mail and Ordinary Post is service provided by Indian Postal Department. These logistic options are generally availed for deliveries in far-flung destinations and in the interiors of India, where alternate or more reliable delivery services are not available.

Associate Partners and Vendors deliver the gifts here on our behalf. These services are mainly availed for delivery of flowers and cakes all across India and major International destinations. Our vendors are selected after a great care to ensure consistency and quality of the gifts delivered.

For delivery of goods in “Worldwide Delivery” section, the prices are accommodated to include the international shipping and handling charges.

All the deliveries are done after a prior intimation and permission from the recipient (unless otherwise specifically requested by our customers). Customers are therefore requested to provide for telephonic contact details, wherever possible. Please make sure to refer product details on the site for specific delivery information.

Hyderabad & Secunderabad
The delivery timings are between 8.00 AM and 8.00 PM, including all weekdays and Sundays. Customers can also request for specific time of delivery with advance intimation of minimum 24 hours. For multiple gift orders, all the gifts are generally delivered at the same time. The gifts are delivered on the same date as date of shipment. Read our disclaimer policy for more details.

All India Deliveries
Here the deliveries in majority of cases are done through our logistics and associate partners. The standard delivery timings are 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM from Monday-Saturday. Deliveries will not be done on Sundays and State/National Holidays. Read our disclaimer policy for more details.

In case of multiple goods, delivery of all the goods at the same time may not be possible. The goods may be shipped from different locations and varied mode of deliveries might be availed for each gift. This is more specific for orders having a combination of perishable and non-perishable gifts. The perishable gifts like cakes and flowers are generally delivered through our vendors or associate partners. The non-perishable gifts are shipped directly from Hyderabad.
