The delivery timings are between 8.00 AM and 8.00 PM, including all weekdays, Sundays and national holidays. Customers can also request for specific time of delivery with advance intimation of minimum 24 hours.

Multiple products in single order are generally delivered in one go. However in certain cases because of products being delivered from different locations, the same time delivery of all the goods may not be possible.

Orders Placed on Sunday-Friday, U.S. Time requires a minimum lead period of 24 hours before the delivery date. When customers place their order with us say on Monday U.S Time, it is already Tuesday India Time and therefore we can execute such an order latest by Tuesday Evening. When you place your order with us on Saturday, U.S. Time, it will be already Sunday, India Time. We have a weekly off on Sundays. We will get your order for processing on Monday and therefore will be able to execute this order latest by Monday evening, India Time. For delivery of cakes and flowers the delivery of items will be attempted only once. Being perishable in nature, neither vaarttha.com nor our enabling partner will be able to provide any refund against such items.

If a delivery date falls on Sunday or a National Holiday, the delivery will be done a day in advance or a day after the actual delivery date.

For delivery of goods through courier, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. Incase the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available/premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.

For delivery of goods through national / international courier, air cargo and surface cargo, our logistics partners will inform us in case the delivery address is insufficient or incorrect or the recipients no longer stay at that address.

We will immediately inform our customers and will request a corrected address or an alternate address for delivery (within the same city).

Our logistic partners will retain the goods at their end for not more than 48 hours. If we receive your intimation within that period we will convey the details to our logistics partner and they will again attempt the delivery, only once.

In case customers fail to intimate us within the stipulated period, we will cancel the order and no refund will be applicable against such deliveries.

For delivery of cakes and flowers the delivery of items will be attempted only once. If the recipient’s address is wrong or recipient’s do not stay at that address any more, we will not get back to you for alternate delivery address.

Being perishable in nature, neither vaarttha.com nor our enabling partner will be able to provide any refund against such items or arrange for a delivery to new destination. Read more on our return / refund policy.
