- How do I place my order?

Register yourself if you’re not already registered. Kindly note you’ll have to anyhow register yourself at the time of payment if not registered already.

If you are looking for a specific item, or if you have thought of any gift, view left control panel for the matching product category. After having clicked on the selected category you can navigate to the sub-categories page and thereafter to products page. At any given point of time you will have the privilege to choose from more than 2000 listed products. Against each product you will have the following information displayed.

1. Product Name
2. Product Code
3. Price
4. Description (part of the detailed…)
5. Product Image
6. “Add2Cart” button

If you will click on the product image you will get to view a large product image with the detailed description and a link to delivery destinations.

If you are not sure of any gifts or if you need any assistance for finding the gifts:

1. Contact us through Live Customer Support / Chat with us. If you still feel in a rare case, that you are not able to find the proper gift, kindly email us.
2. Try our Keyword Search.
3. Try our Gift Finder option.

Place your order now:

Stage I (Add 2 shopping Cart)

1. Click to add2cart button from first level or detailed description page. You can choose to add a product to your cart from home page, specials pages, offer pages, category pages or sub-category pages also.
2. After clicking on the “add2cart” button each time, you will be taken to your shopping cart page.
3. Select and modify quantity field, if you wish to order for multiple quantities of the same product.
4. If you wish to continue shopping and to add more products to your cart from the last visited category click back button or the “continue shopping” link. To select from other range of products click on the categories on left. Continue to add products to your shopping cart till you’re finished shopping.
5. If you wish to empty your cart click on the “Empty Cart” button. The contents of the cart will be lost. Please use this service with caution or else you might have to start shopping afresh.
6. Press the “Recalculate” button to recalculate your order amount. You need to use this facility only if you are ordering multiple quantities of the same product.
7. Press the “Order Now” button if you have finished shopping.

Stage II (Login / Signup if not already logged in)

1. If you are a registered user and you have not logged in, you will have to login before proceeding further. Enter your login (your e-mail address) and enter your password.
2. If you’re not a registered user, you have to register yourself now before proceeding further. You will be automatically logged in after the registration.
3. Once you’re logged in proceed to next stage.

Stage III (Enter delivery details & choose your payment option)

1. Fill in the details (recipients name, address and contact details) where the delivery of the goods is desired.
2. Select the delivery date.
3. Enter message (if any), which you would like to convey to the recipient. This is required only if you intend to gift the goods purchased. If you are purchasing for yourself, you can easily ignore this.
4. Include special instructions or any other request (if any) you wish to make to our customer support team in the special instructions field.
5. IMPORTANT- read all the disclaimers to avoid further inconvenience and confusion.
6. Choose the secured payment option that suite you best. You will be now taken to a secured page of our credit card processing company.

Stage IV (Secured Pay & Check Out)

1. Follow the instructions to complete your payment.
2. If your payment is successful you will get a screen displaying your order number and accepted amount. Make a note of your order number for future use.
3. An auto responder mail will be sent to you with a copy of your order.

- Can I send some message along with the gift?

Yes! You can send any message you want to convey to the recipient along with the gift you order through our site. You can include your message in the "Message" field, while filling in the shipping information. We convey customers message at the time of delivery with our delivery letter.

Yes! You can include special instructions like specific time of delivery or any other request you wish to convey to our customer support team. You can enter details in the "Special Instructions" field provided on our shipping details form.

- Do I have to pay anything extra as shipping and handling charges?

No! The prices mentioned on our site are inclusive of all the shipping and handling charges.

- Where/ How do I find my Order ID?

Your order id is sent to you with other order details as soon as you have finished placing your order as an auto responder mail. However if for some reason you lost the mail you can still know your order number. We keep order history for registered users for all the orders placed with us. Login, click on the “My Account” link and click on “Order History” link.

- Can I return the damaged/ not-in-good-condition/ defective goods?

Yes! You may return the goods, if they are not in a good condition. However, we can accept the goods only if they are in the same condition as they were shipped across to you. In case of consumption of the perishable items, or used non-perishable items, we may not accept the goods back. We request you to contact us immediately, once we ship the gifts and you don't find them in a damaged condition. We may replace your gift in such a case. Read our “Refund / Return Policy” for more details.

- How do I know if my order is dispatched / delivered?

Login. Click on My Account and then enter your order number in the “Track my order” facility. We update delivery records for the orders at every stage and also send you a mail as soon as the goods are out for dispatch. It might take 12 – 36 hours before the records are updated from the date and time of dispatch.

- Are the items delivered as per the display on the web page?

The products will match the image as on the web page in most of the case. Product images are provided to us by the manufactures /suppliers /vendors from whom the goods are finally sourced. We reserve the right in absolute discretion, to deliver a similar/ alternate product for reasons beyond our control. However at no time the alternate product being delivered will be of a lesser cost than the actually intended goods.

- Can the recipient send me a return message?

Yes, the recipient can send a return message to you. We'll request all recipients to fill in the return message for you in the delivery confirmation memo and we shall E-Mail it back to you (if any).

- What if the recipient's address is incomplete or incorrect?

For delivery of goods through national / international courier, air cargor and surface cargo, our logistics partners will inform us of any such situation. Thereafter we send our customers an email to immediately provide us with an alternate address for delivery. Our logistic partners will retain the goods at their end for not more than 48 hours. If we receive your intimation within that period we will convey the details to our logistics partner and they will again attempt the delivery, only once. In case you fail to intimate us within stipulated time, we cancel your order and no refund will be applicable.

For delivery of cakes and flowers the delivery of items will be attempted only once. If the recipient’s address is wrong or recipient’s do not stay at that address any more, we will not get back to you for alternate delivery address. Being perishable in nature, neither vaarttha.com nor our enabling partner will be able to provide any refund against such items or arrange for a delivery to new destination.

Keyword Search
You can search for a particular product using our keyword search option available on home page and all product pages. Enter the keyword in the box. The keyword can be a product (e.g. pearl bangles, beer, flower, cake) or it can be brand (e.g. Pantaloon, Lifestyle, Shopper’s Stop) or any other text, which best relates to the product you wish to search for.

Gift Finder (Smart Search)
An option to use Gift Finder or our smart search option is available on home page and all the products pages.

Select from the list of “Relationship” for whom the gift is meant.
Select from the list of “Occasion” for which you wish to gift on.
Select the “Price” within which you would like gift to range.

You need to choose minimum two options for optimized results.

- How can I get my lost password?

While registering on our site you must be prompted to fill in your Password Question and Password Answer that is to be kept secret. To regain your password:

1. Click on the Forgot Password Link on our home page.
2. Enter your User ID, your email address you entered at registration.
3. Type in the Password Answer that you had provided while registering.
4. If your answer is correct, we will e-mail your password to you.
5. If the answer is not correct you will get an error message.
6. Send us a mail and then will arrange to send you a new password.

Enter the reason for order cancellation

Please note that the orders will not be cancelled automatically. After receiving your cancellation request we have to make sure that the ordered item is not out for delivery or is not dispatched. In such case orders cannot be cancelled. Send your cancellation requests at least 48 hours before the shipping / delivery date. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full.
