Customers can send their request for order cancellation by clicking here.

Please note that the orders will not be cancelled automatically. After receiving your cancellation request we have to make sure that the ordered item is not out for delivery or is not dispatched. In such case orders cannot be cancelled.

Send your cancellation requests at least 48 hours before the shipping / delivery date. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full.
